Dr. Nguyen Ngo Quang currently holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Training - Ministry of Health. Ho Bich Hai got training in Computing Science (University of East Anglia) and Bioinformatics (Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology).
