Ms Måwe has been the Ambassador of Sweden to Vietnam since September 2019. Before that, she was director and deputy head of the MENA department (Department for Middle East and North Africa) at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, a position she had held from 2015 to August 2019. Previously, she has served as Counsellor for MENA affairs at the Swedish Permanent Representation to the UN in New York (2005- 2010) and deputy Consul General in Jerusalem (2002-2005). She has also had various other positions at the MFA. Ms Måwe holds a Msc. in International Politics focusing on the Middle East from School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London (1998) and a BA in Oriental Studies from Uppsala university (1994). Before getting recruited by the MFA she has worked at the SRC (the Center for Social Study) at the American University in Cairo.

He has experience working in Vietnam and the Middle East, with a particular focus on humanitarian assistance, refugee issues, sustainable livelihood development, local governance, climate change and disaster risk management, and private sector engagement.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Graovac served as country director in Vietnam for the Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA), where he oversaw all aspects of ADRA’s operations in Vietnam, including programs, administration, human resources, fundraising and marketing, and building and fostering relationships with key local and international stakeholders. He facilitated an organizational and programmatic expansion that resulted in a number of new multiyear projects funded by bilateral and private donors. Filip Graovac has also held multiple positions with ADRA in Pakistan and Yemen, from 2010-2012. In these positions, he worked on an array of projects that focused on access to education, economic development, water, sanitation and hygiene, refugee rights, and conflict mediation, among other critical relief and development issues. Graovac was also elected as an international nongovernmental representative to the Vietnam Development Partnership Forum (former consultative group) in April 2014. In this role, he is one of four representatives of the INGO community elected to represent the INGO community in high-level policy dialogue with the Government of Vietnam and the donor community. Furthermore, he is the co-founder and co-chair of the INGO working group (Corporate Engagement Working Group) concentrated on partnerships between civil societies and corporate entities on development issues in Vietnam. Education: Filip Graovac holds a master’s degree in Administration with a concentration in Community and International Development from Andrews University in Michigan, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Theology from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom.

Since 1997, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa is one of the young leaders of the Corporation who has been closely involved in FPT, working in various job positions, deeply understanding business and technology activities with B2B and B2C customers. Under his leadership, from 2012 to 2017, FPT Telecom's revenue increased by 2.6 times, the company’s profit increased by 1.6 times; the volume of human resources has nearly doubled and has the highest contribution rate within the corporation's profits (2012-2016). Currently, FPT Telecom owns telecommunications, Internet and Television covering 63/63 provinces and cities. In March 2018, he was rotated as Executive Vice President of FPT, General Director of FPT Information System Limited Company (FPT IS) in the planning and training program of the next generation FPT Corporation’s leaders. After only one year, he has established the trust and encouragement of the Board of management besides FOR ITs staff. With a fresh vision, coupled with the determination and appreciation for creativity and discipline, he has led FPT and its affiliates to continuously innovate and grow, consequently strengthening its position as the leading DX company. He also has shaped a sustainable growth engine for FPT in the long term, by developing the Made-by-FPT technology ecosystem; forming new sales channels and gathering the strength of the member units. At the same time, he has taken the initiative to carry out internal DX that help optimize performance and save hundreds of billions of VND in costs... Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa is currently a member of the BOD's FPT Telecom JSC, the Chairman of the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association, the Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, and member of the Vietnam Internet Association, Vietnam Software Association and Pacific Cable Television Association. In October 2022, within the framework of the ASOCIO Digital Summit 2022, he was elected Vice President of ASOCIO for the term 2023 - 2024.

Ha is the National Leader of Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare Sector (“IGH”) at KPMG Vietnam & Cambodia. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the provision of services to, and development of, clients in power/energy, telecom, real estate, transportation, State Owned Enterprises and International Development Agencies, Private Public Partnership (PPP) and healthcare projects. Recently, she has taken an additional role to be the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Head of KPMG in Vietnam and Cambodia. She is building up the ESG practice, setting up the business strategy and co-ordinating all lines of services within KPMG to assist clients to enhance their trust, mitigate risks and unlock new values towards their ESG journey. ESG solutions provided by KPMG include energy transition, decarbonization, carbon market, emission measurement, ethical supply chain, ESG reporting and socio-development projects. Ha was also Senior Partner of KPMG Hanoi office and Head of State Owned Enterprises sector before taking the above roles. Ha was Vice Chairwoman of the Hanoi Business Association for the period of 2017 – 2021, actively involved in promoting business of Vietnamese private enterprises. She sits in various advisory boards for non-profit organizations and runs SympaMeals with her friends, a charity fund providing free meals to poor patients in the city cancer hospital. Ha has been a long-time member of the Hanoi American Chamber of Commerce (“AmCham”) Board of Governors. AmCham is active in promoting US – Vietnam trade relations.
