The National Innovation Center (NIC), an entity under the Ministry of Planning and Investment, was established on October 2, 2019, by the Prime Minister to support and develop Vietnam's startup and innovation ecosystem. It plays a crucial role in innovating the growth model based on science and technology.
Serving as a pioneer in building a nationwide innovation ecosystem, the Center offers support facilities for innovative enterprises. It emphasizes advancing technology transfer, research and development, and commercialization in a conducive regulatory testing environment. This approach ensures competitiveness at both regional and international levels.
